Hi all.

First of all, what a fantastic gold mine of information this forum is. I have been reading it for couple of years now and I think I am ready to contribute as well.

I'm a Pole living in the UK. Have been brewing for about 2 years now, started with extract but moved very quickly to brew in a bag. I usually make big beers (OG: 1.06+), my greatest creation to date is RIS (OG: 1.1).

I'm here to learn new things, improve my techniques, get some fresh ideas, make new friends, promote English spelling and confuse you with my metric measurements.

Any fellow Poles around here?

OK - makes more sense. I was trying to figure out what 'Pole Brewing' was. I thought it might be a fancy way of making beer in the UK.

Welcome. My wife is Polish. Her father is from Warsaw. He doesn't brew. He just drinks mine. :D
