Hello,

I'm looking to upgrade my system to prevent me moving my liquid lines around during my brew day. Attached is a picture of what I'm thinking. Since I have stout 20 gallon kettles, everything would be tri clamp and looking at the 1" tees for my bcs probes and 1" 3 way ball valves to move the flow. I would like to have the thermometers back into the kettles and measure the temperature as it is hitting the mash by the sparge arm.

Matt

No one? I'll give it a few more days until I move this into another area.

My setup is kinda similar to your except I don't have a burner for the MLT. I rely on the HLT to heat up the wort if my strike temp is off or my temp drops enough that it needs a little kick. Here's how I plumbed mine using only one 3-way valve. Your way will def work and I personally like not having to deal with moving hoses around.

You are correct. I do however use the one on the right of the picture to pump out my wort into the carboy as well.

Thanks kick flip that's a hell of a build. I would love to do a tippy dumpy with hard plumbing, maybe next time and next build. I've learned a lot this first build alone!

Thanks, I thought it woud give you an idea on plumbing. this is the hardest part.
