Pitching dry yeast directly on the wort. Highest OG?

If you just sprinkle the dry yeast on your wort, do you have a gravity limit where you'd rather rehydrate the yeast? 1.050, 1.070, 1.100?

I've pitched S-04 & US-05 (without rehydration) at around 1.090 a couple of times with good results.

I haven't seen any indication that there's a gravity limit for sprinkling. I have seen where Fermentis says you shouldn't sprinkle on wort that's at less than 68F. Example:
