i have a saison that i made and is currently sitting in a BB.. problem is i went to all this trouble to get the pink peppercorns that i wanted to try out but then on brewday i totally forgot them
any ideas on how much i should use in the BB.. i need to dryhop a couple of hoppy beers as well so i figured i'd put some in when i do that with a couple days left, but am not sure about the quantity or about whether or not (or how much) to crush the pink peppercorns .. any ideas would be great!
