Making a bit of a bastard beer tomorrow with ingredients I have laying around. I usually pitch 1056 for IPAs, but have a nice 1098 slurry I took out of the secondary from a pale ale 3 weeks ago and was thinking of just going with that.
Any comments/ideas on how that'll affect this recipe?
