They look like they might be mounting clips for John guest fittings? Maybe for keezer? I only guess that because the crescent shaped parts look like the safety locks on some of the smaller type used in reverse osmosis plumbing parts.

Inquiring minds wish to know.
 
The horse shoe like bits are in fact clips for securing john guest/duotight style fittings. The bigger pieces are line minders to attach to the keezer that will hold your evabarrier lines in place. I have the same stl files and need to get around to printing these same objects.
 
Yes they are, I’ll make a trip to hardware store today to pick up correct screws to mount them later today. I've used John Guest fittings for my espresso machine filter, leak detector/shutoff setup and am using the "red" clips on that. I'll post a picture of the finished gas board later today.
