Brewed on Sunday, fermentor is going OFF! 1/2" from the airlock :0

Boil Volume: 7G
Boil Time: 60
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75%
OG: 1.067
IBU: 65

00.50 lb Crystal 20
00.50 lb Crystal 10
00.25 lb Crystal 40
00.25 lb Cara-Pils
Mash @ 150 for 60 min @ 1.5qt/lb, batch sparge

60 min: 1.95 oz Northern Brewer (8%)
10 min: 1.00 oz Centennial (9.9%)
05 min: 1.00 oz Simcoe (14.4%)
00 min: 1.00 oz Citra (12.5%)

Ferment @ 65 with 11g SafAle US-05 yeast
Will condition in keg for 2-3 weeks, then force carbonate to 2.5 volumes
