I have a MW101 pH meter and I think it's time for a new probe. It's taking a long time to get a reading.

Anyhow, do I need a probe specifically made for my meter or will any probe with a BNC work?

For example, will this one work?

Thanks.

Any BNC-style probe will work. However, I find that the gel-filled probe that Milwaukee provides with their MW-101 and 102 meters is pretty good and its not terribly expensive. My probe is now over 4 years old and I'll replace it in-kind when it finally fails. I do keep my probe immersed in KCl solution, when not in use.
