pex tubing manifold

Has anyone used pex tubing for your mash tun manifold? I believe it is rated for 180 degrees. I was just wondering about off flavors?

It'll work.. but it's not very flexible. Yah, it bends.. but nothing like vinyl tubing if you need to adjust things. should work well for hard plumbed things tho.
