Pellets versus whole cone???!!!!

Hey Guys! What is a rough conversion for using pellets vs whole cone. A friend is growing them but not sure how much to adjust.

I've heard 10% more whole cone needed vs. pellets.

Of course, not that straightforward either. If you don’t know the AA of the whole hops then it is purely guess work.

Well, yes. I was assuming commercial hops.
