MY wife has heard rave reviews of PBR Hard Coffee.
I bought her some and she asked if I could make some.
Reports are that it tastes similar to Yoohoo chocolate drink.
It 5% ABV and is malt liquor based.
So is that unhopped beer with a neutral yeast?
Then maybe add instant coffee and additional flavorings?
