Party Pig for Pre Carbonated Beer

So i have had a party pig sitting around... forever unopened that i received as a gift and i was hoping to get some use out of it. I have pre kegged / carbonated beer that i was going to put into it to bring to a party.

If i add the pre carbonated beer from the keg to the pig will i have to do anything else or will that work fine without the pressure pouch or anything else.

Essentially it would be a 2 gallon growler.

Thoughts?

It would be better if you still used their pressure pouches, as the idea is for these to fill the head space when dispensing and push out the beer. Without it it may still work but won't stay carbed long and won't come out unless tipped once below the valve.
