So I followed this guys ( http://kcbeerblog.blogspot.com/2014/11/can-you-brew-it.html?m=1) recipe for brewing the clone. I just had a few quick questions. I just racked into my secondary after letting it sit in the primary for 2 weeks. Should I wait a couple weeks to put the wood in or could I put it in now? And in his blog post he said he charred the wood before putting it in. Should I just get a lighter and slightly char the wood and just drop it straight into the beer? Thanks in advance!
