Hey Guys looking for on feedback on the recipe below that I am planning to brew tomorrow. I am pretty much committed to the grain bill (as it is all already purchased from my LHBS) but the hop schedule is still wide open. It is inspired by a few in the awesome HBT database but adjusted to fit the hops I have (Magnum, centennial, Cascade, Williamette, & Amarillo).

Current IBU's of 36.4

Grains & Adjuncts
Amount Percentage Name Time Gravity
8.00 lbs 69.57 % Pale Malt (2 Row) US 60 mins 1.036
2.00 lbs 17.39 % Toasted Maris Otter 60 mins 1.038
0.50 lbs 4.35 % Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L 60 mins 1.034
0.50 lbs 4.35 % Vienna Malt 60 mins 1.036
0.50 lbs 4.35 % Wheat, Flaked 60 mins 1.035

Hops
Amount IBU's Name Time AA %
0.25 ozs 11.03 Centennial 60 mins 12.90
0.25 ozs 4.73 Cascade 30 mins 7.20
0.25 ozs 7.17 Amarillo Gold 30 mins 10.90
0.25 ozs 3.38 Amarillo Gold 10 mins 10.90
0.25 ozs 2.42 Williamette 10 mins 7.80
0.25 ozs 2.23 Cascade 10 mins 7.20
0.25 ozs 1.23 Cascade 5 mins 7.20
0.25 ozs 1.86 Amarillo Gold 5 mins 10.90
0.25 ozs 1.33 Williamette 5 mins 7.80
0.25 ozs Cascade 7 days 7.20
0.25 ozs Amarillo Gold 7 days 10.90

Thanks in advance.

It looks good to me. I would probably pass on the Willamette additions because I really love the citrus flavors and I'm not a big fan of the flavors from Willamette's unless I'm brewing an English style. Let us know how it turns out.

Cheers!

I was really debating on the Willamette myself, mainly included it as a way to balance the citrus but wasn't sure how well they would go together.

Same concern on the Willamette, but only out of personal preference. Why not use the centennial instead (only because I LOVE centennial.) I also try to limit my hops to 3 unless I am trying something super complex, and even then, I build off of a basic profile first
