I am putting together a portable coolerator to hold a 5 gallon corny. I have all the pieces on the way, with the adapters to use a 20oz paintball tank.

My concern is, the regulator I have has a valve that comes out straight sideways. So either the tank our the regulator will be on it's side. I am not sure that's a great idea. (unless the regulator can safely be installed at a 90 degree angle?) Anyone have experience with anything similar? Has anyone had to find a 90 degree adapter to make a regulator work?

The regulator can be on its side, but not the co2. My first paintball regulator was that way, I used it for years and never had an issue with it.
