Oxygenating LODO wort for taste test

If I go into the boil pot with LODO wort and pull a sample to oxygenate, will the reaction occur instantly or is it only precursors that are formed? I'd like to do a blind triangle test of the wort to see if I can pick the difference.

You should try doing 2 mini-mashes. Prepare one with preboiled water and sulfites and the other without.
