I would disconnect the keg from the gas, put it at room temp, and release the pressure from the keg. Let it sit (still off the gas) and release the pressure every few hours to reduce the amount of CO2 in solution.

Then put it back on the gas in your kegerator, and use the set-and-forget method and the handy-dandy carbonation chart to recarb it properly.
 
Turn the co2 off and bleed the pressure off the keg. You will probably new to bleed it several times.
Reapply the co2 at serving pressure. It may take a little time to all smooth out and give you good pours
