Irei fazer uma Ordinary Bitter e gostaria de sugestões dos mais experientes:

88,2% Pale Agrária
7,9% Caraaroma (Weyermann)
3,9% Brown Malte Crisp

Fermento: Nottingham

Kent golding 5% AA- 60" 22 IBU

Kent golding 5% AA- 30" 8 IBU

Kent golding 5% AA- 0" 1 IBU



OG: 1,038
FG: 1,009
3,7 ABV
IBU 31
BU/GU : 0,8296
EBC: 26


Mash: 90min 67/68ºC

Mash out 10min 76ºC

Fermentação normal de Ale.


O que acham???
 
Pra mim:

- Muito caramelo. Na minha experiência, 6% de caramelo EBC 120.
- Eu trocaria esse pale por maris otter.
- Manteria o BU/GU lá por 70~75%
- fermentaria com o Mangroove Liberty Bell
