I will do you one better...toss in a 7 min, 2 min, and flameout/steep for a nice punch. I do big beers and even the session beers get super hopped so one addition for me is hardly noticed.

Consider dry "hopping" the zest as well. Experiment, you will find what you like

Yep...everyone is getting spring fever and wheat beers get popular for the warmer months.
