Looking to make an orange pale ale and planning on using 3oz of orange zest(no white inner peel) and 2oz of crushed coriander in the last 10 mins of the boil. Just using my all grain recipie for a pale ale and adding in the boil. Just lookin for feed back or experinces with similar methods

Hope you like coriander. I use 1/2 oz and I find it takes time to mellow. Just one guys opinion.
