Opinions on Super Transfer Pump with Pre-Filter

I may possible purchase the Super Transfer Pump with Pre-Filter. The problem is I can not find any reviews on any of the sellers stores or this forum. Can anyone with experience share there stories with me?

Eh? I see plenty of reviews, all of them commenting on how frail the filter attachment is.

Making the assumption that the internals of this pump are at least made of "generally accepted as safe" materials, what I can't find is a hint of suitability for use in brewing beer. Ie: can it handle boiling hot wort?

I bought it to transfer beer from my big fermenters. Worked twice before the flow really started suffering. After 4 times, it just burned out completely where it doesn't do anything when I turn it on.

It cannot handle boiling wort. I've never seen a food safe diaphragm pump that can.
