Went out for beers and bar-be-que with my son last night and tried a session IPA fron Oskar Blues that I'd never has before called One-y. Really nice beer, but I can't find much data about the brew. O.B.'s website just says 4% ABV, citrusy (orange, tangerine, lemon), and "biscuity" flavor. Nothing on malts, hops, yeast; you know, the stuff that's nice to know if you want to replicate it.
My starting point would by 2 row and biscuit on the malts, no clue on the hops, some high attenuating British ale yeast that's not very floculant (target: hazy, but strong finisher. Conan@ 62-64F maybe), fruit zest for flavor, and a little wheat or oats for mouthfeel. Beyond that I'm not sure which way to go, especially regarding hops.
Anyone come across a clone recipe? I'd like to give this one a try.
