Oktoberfest Recipe Help

Hey all - I'm pumped for fall and ready to brew an Oktoberfest beer. Does anyone have any recipe recommendations of Oktoberfest beers they really enjoyed? Any and all input is welcome. Extract/partial mash recipes only please!

No extract recipes that I've tried, but here's my two cents:

120 minute boil. You don't have to add hops at 120, but you want to boost the malt flavor. The traditional way is to use decoction, but a kettle caramelization from a long rolling boil will be better than nothing.

I've brewed Jamil's Marzen/Oktoberfest from Brewing Classic Styles and it turned out great. I even have the all grain version lagering right now.
