There have been a few threads but still not much info out there on these. Expensive but to me worth it in the end. Building a double head filler/doibe purge station in the next week to fill cans directly from my Ss brewtech Brite tank. Purge, fill, seam, done. No extra equipment needed, no fooling with anything. Fingers crossed nothing gets oxidized but it should be as close to how the pros do it as possible for the cost.

Went to Oktober Saturday and picked it up from one of the partners. Showed me the shop, chatted a bit, gave me a demo on how to use it. Nice guy, Eve offered to take us out for lunch.

I've done about 20ish cans so far, no leakers, no issues. Flawless so far on the seaming, filling off the taps takes some practice to get a full can. I've had a couple underfills, hopefully won't have to worry once the filler is built. I've only ever bottled off the taps and half the time don't get the bottles back. This will work great for me, I boat and don't allow glass on the boat so it'll also save me from buying beer. I brew 12-15 gallon batches so I plan to keg up 10 and can the rest of each batch.

Here are some pics, I can take more if needed, and will have a video up in the next couple weeks.

My lhbs is buying one for customers to use. I'm curious about oxidation. Please keep us updated in that regard! I'm liking your labels.

Finally did a canning run today. Did it while I mashed my next blonde in (f me been brewing a lot 45 gallons in 2 weeks). Did 38 cans in about 15 minutes once we got rolling, I ran the filler gf did the seaming. Ended up just filling one can at a time faster than I could do two. Now to see if they last or not, fingers crossed I didn't just ruin 5 gallons of an expensive beer. This has like 12oz of mosaic and 12oz of Galaxy in it so not a cheap one to experiment on.

Canned straight out of the Ss brewtech Brite tank, that worked pretty well.
