Went to the freezer for my 2 oz of hallertau hops for the Hefeweizen I am brewing, and found 2 oz of Falconers, which should have been dry hopped to my IPA I bottled last week.

This means I dry hopped my IPA with the Hallertau, and I will be hopping my Hefeweizen with the Falconers. Will I end up with two batches of Frankenbeer?

Seriously, I can refrigerate the wort ( I have steeped the mash but have not added the liquid extract and boiled yet) until I can get more Hallertau and salvage one of the two batches, or just go with the Falconers and see what happens. Any advice?

The Falconers will probably work pretty well with the tropical, citrusy, floral notes, but definitely don't use that amount. Probably need half the amount to stay within your IBU range.
