Hi,
Just stating out on the home brew. Have some time and money to devote to making good beer at home.
Hoping to learn more as my brews in the past have never fully carbonated for one reason or another (if I knew the reason, I would be making more beer lol). But, here to learn and maybe make some friends along the way. I have been more successful with meade than beer. Kinda left one batch on my counter for about 6 months...then finally got around to tasting it and wow, it was great. I used Joe's ancient orange meade recipe and it worked great!
