Not new But Back after Education.

Hello everyone,

I used to come here much more often but with work and being in the middle of no where i stopped coming by. But I am back and as the headline mentions I have started my education into oenology (wine making) and viticulture and has given me a view from the home brewer to how it is done commercially. It is interesting to now come back with this different load of knowledge.
