Hello.
I wanted to make beer today but I found out that I have about 8 or 9 pounds of malt, and only about 14.5g of Zeus hops! I don't have the cash to go buy more.. so would it be a terrible waste if I used only this much? Any tips?

What's the alpha acid % on the hops?

What's ur malt bill. Zeus with average 13.5 % alpha should be enough but u most likely have to dump it all @ 60 min. And 9 lbs will yield 4.7 abv beer depending on the malts and ur efficiency. Also increase ur boil volume to allow higher hop utilization

Says 13 - 17% Alpha Acid.

I'm using 3.59 lb of a 50/50 mixture of 2row and 6 row and 5.44 lb of regular american 2row.

At about 2.2 lb per gallon of malt, I'd be making about four gallons of beer.
