Just wanted to stop by and say hello from chilly North Dakota. I am Brand new to all this so going to spend some time reading forums, learning all there is to learn about this and eventually get the stuff to start brewing. Have always wanted to brew a batch by myself and just have another hobby/job in my life.

you will probably see me around asking questions so i can do this all correct.

Welcome to the forums. I just joined last week myself and I'm from Fargo as well. We should try to keep in touch. Its always nice to have local help and local people to drink with!
