I have been brewing beer for over 4 years and I would like to start making home made soda.
I have an un used Tap a Draft System that I would like to convert for sodas.
In the past I have force carb beers in the TaD but would the CO2 Volume be too low for Sodas???
I would like to make a Ginger Ale recipe to serve at Christmas.
Recipe (1.5 gallons)
.75 lbs fresh ginger
1.06 lbs sugar
2.5 cups water
2.8 oz lemon juice
Make simple syrup and steep ginger and lemon.
Strain then add enough water to bring up to 1.5 gallons.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
