Hey everybody, I’m Matt from Chattanooga. Recently got into brewing beer and mead. I currently BIAB and put my 3rd batch in the fermenter last night. Also have my first batch of bochet in secondary. Trying not to go too far down the rabbit hole but if O do, I’m hoping to find the most efficient ways of doing so and hoping I can glean as much competent and pertinent information from much more experienced brewers.
