What's up guys? ^_^
I've just started brewing, with one all extract and one extract + specialty grain and I just bought a bunch of stuff to do all grain. The first two beers weren't great but it's a start and I enjoyed brewing them. First all grain brew should happen this weekend.
As for why I started brewing, I'm in a country and province(Ontario) where the government, Molson/Coors, and Labatt have the only rights to distribute alcohol. So I've actually only had 2 American craft beers, Sam Adams Boston Lager and one week they stocked Anchor Steam. I'm bored and want to try brewing all of the different beer styles!!
