Hello everyone! I have been reading and reading as much as I can on this site, it is so helpful. Many moons ago I was a home winemaker but my spot in the garage was taken over by the SO for plants and propogations. My biggest issue as a winemaker was temp control throughout the whole process. A few years ago we did “this is our year to tour VA/MD/PA breweries” and I caught the fermentation bug again! I have held off as long as I could but I’m looking to jump back in and try brewing beer this time. I’m still trying to determine where and how I want to jump in but I did want to go ahead and say hello and I appreciate everyone taking the time to make this site so informative.
