Just started a couple months ago with a kit from Homebrew Den in Tallahassee. Having a pretty good time so far, surprised myself with the first batch of Big Sky Ale. I just racked a Roid Rage IPA into the secondary tonight. My gravities aren't quite where I thought they would be. Should of came with an OG of 1.094, I got 1.088. When I racked to secondary I only had 1.021. Does that get better with secondary and bottle conditioning? Should I worry about my process? Target F.G. is 1.015. I dunno, I read all I can but its a lot to take in with different ideas on each theory from so many different people. Cheers.
