I bought some ingredients a few months ago, and I guess I missed the yeast. It's been at room temp for about 3 months, maybe 4, and it seems to have self puffed? would you pitch this yeast? brewing tomorrow or sat. should I switch up brew something else (grind grains and smak a saision culture now) and do a starter for this pack of yeast a few days before I'm ready to brew this porter? I'm out of porter and was really hoping to get 1 in the pipeline soon.

If use some dry yeast if you really want to brew tomorrow, and try a starter for your thames valley, for another day. I really like that yeast, too.
