A lot of Belgian styles call for noble hops. I have had success in the past using Saaz as my primary hop.

I have a mind to do another Belgian soon, perhaps a pale ale or tripel. I have an ounce (sealed) of Tettnanger. I overbought on a light lager I did for Christmas last year so it has been sitting in my fridge unopened for a few months.

What about Tett as a noble hop for one of the Belgian styles listed above?

I love Tettnanger, it's such an under appreciated hop. Super fruity like an American hop but it still has that herbal European quality to it.
