I'm over here now
So I have a Sabco RIMZ wizard and I need to replace the element, I figured it would be a good time too switch to the brewers hardware version since it's cheaper.

When I exposed the electrical connection there is no ground wire. Is this safe? It's connected to a GFCI plug.

The connector has a ground symbol on is, but it's only two wires going to the element.

Here are the pics. Thanks!

As long as there is metal-to-metal contact with some other part of the frame, kettle, etc that is grounded it should be fine.

Still not a bad idea to run another ground line to the new element/enclosure for added safety.

It's safe, ground is through the system's chassis.
