Hi brewers,
I have been brewing for a short time using cans and have been experimenting a bit by adding various ingredients to the mix. I am now looking to step it up a notch but am wondering what to do next. As it is I don't have a heap of time and the cans were good for this. However what do I do next, do I go straight to all grain or is there a step between. Really need some info plz help.

Well you can do partial mash, not something I'm very familiar with though. You could also switch from cans, to doing dry extract with specialty grains. There are a lot of places that you can buy kits that have the extract and also have the steeping grains all in a bag already. You could also find some of the extract recipes on this site and go buy the ingredients a your local home brew store and try that :)
