I have done a lot of all grain batches over two years now, and want to move to the next level. I have been reading about electric and automated brewing but could not decide what to build to improve my brewing.

I want to eliminate the exhausting process of maintaining mash temperature and using gas burner to boil my kettle. The transfer of hot liquor to mashing tun and mash to boil kettle would be better if it is done by gravity not a pump to save some money. What are some brewing set ups that are able to do this?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If you don't want pumps the only other option is a 3-tier setup. You'll need some valves on your kettles if you don't already have them, but that can be done fairly cheap.
