Whats up guys? About to brew my 6th beer still on the malt extract. Joining the site to start posting my questions/ problems.
So far ive brewed:
American pale
Dunkel Weiss
Brown Ale
Siason
Blackberry blonde
And tomorrow a pumpkin spice ale.
My questions soon to be posted is what can I add? I want to mix it up a bit... Vanilla bean? Cinnamon? Something spicy like peppers?
I want to try something different but dont want to completely screw it up.. give me thoughts or ideas please.
