Hey guys, really hoping you can help.

I did a great nitro set up, was really proud but in one day my 5lb of gas is empty. I must have a leak!

I have a new regulator here ready to swap out, it may have been it.

However on this gas line connector, am I missing a gasket or o ring? It's just metal on metal. Any idea the size? This is the Connector to the coupler

Metal on metal is not going to give you a good seal (in most cases.) Looks like that connection needs a washer. I'm not familiar with that particular connector, so don't know what the proper washer is.

Brew on :mug:

The other guys are spot on but I just want to add, once you get a new gas cylinder you should spray all the connections with soapy water to check for leaks.

I had to do a google image search to see what part you have there. I found this image that looks like what you have. It says “vinyl washer for keg coupler and shank”. Maybe the black rubber ones that are more common would work. Metal against metal is usually a recipe for an empty tank every time.

I’m not really familiar with sanke couplers, but I’m also seeing some sort of plastic check valve that goes on the gas connector.
