New (used tap) help

Well. Here she be! I got 2 of these taps not to long ago from a friend who owned a bar. Straight out gavem to me !

But I want to make them work!!! I'm unsure of what power source I would need for the 5 led lights and where I could get custom made covers for my recipes? I've already tested the lines out and they work great. I also didnt quite understand the copper piping inside it. It is crimped off. What this all about? Any insight would be good boys and girls!

Copper was probably used for glycol. As for a power supply it
Looks like that is a cord hanging out I assume you could splice a plug on the line and give it a try.
