I guess I haven't posted one of these yet.
I have been brewing beverages for a couple years when I lived in Hawaii. I recently moved to Maryland and live near Columbia.
I only have the space and $$$ for small scale for now so I've made small 1 gallon batches of mead and wine and 3 gallon batches of beer. I also make sauerkraut and soda pop, and I plan to try my hand at making yogurt and cheese in the next few months. I'm really happy that this area has good home brew supplies.
I will retire from my first career in a couple years and will embark on another career. Whatever that will be...
