Hi all.
Me and two friends are just beginning to homebrew. We are currently gathering up equipment and materials, planning on having out the first batch by the end of October.
I have been drinking craft beer for about 4 years, and recently decided to homebrew after buying a Mr. Beer kit. Some of my off-topic areas of interest in homebrewing are electrical controls. I currently work as an Electrical Engineer in North Texas, specializing in industrial automation. Hoping to see how well I can apply what I know in a home setup.
I am here to learn and glean as much knowledge as I can from what I perceive to be a highly educated group!
