Hello from Mason, Ohio. I've been brewing off and on for 10 years or so. I recently made the transition to all grain. I have 5 ag brews under my belt. They have all come out very well. I wish I hadn't wait so long to go ag. My numbers have been pretty close to the estimates and the beer is a hit with the neighbors. I've been lurking for years and finally decided to join. I currently batch sparge, but will soon get a HLT so I can fly sparge. Il try to attach a picture of my MLT.

I made that way so I'll be good to go if I start fly sparging. I didn't want to have to rebuild the tun. My batch sparging efficiencies are around 75% with the current manifold.
