Hello all.
As above I'm new to the forum and wine making. I currently have my first batch fermenting away but it was a ready made kit in a box thing. If I haven't completely made an arse of that one everything from now on will be made from scratch. I've been looking on line on all sorts of forums and recipes and it's all a bit confusing. There seem to be so many different methods people argue blind are the only way to go.
Hopefully find the help I need on here. (And figure out how to convert imperial to metric)
