hey all, my name is Eric and im new to brewing, 23 college student from California. loving the site sofar. i just bottled my 1st batch of beer the other week and i now have 2 ciders going. i look forward to learning alot from all of you and hopefully one day be able to consider you my peers. this hobby is so much fun. so anyway thank you for having me and i apologize in advance if i ask alot of questions.
