There are a lot of resources on the web for detailed information about the various hop varieties and their characteristics. Most recently though, I came across hoplist. I particularly appreciate that they give hyperlinked references for the information they provide. In many cases this provides quick access to even more hop details, which saves me the time of hunting for it. Anyway, just another neat homebrewing resource I figured I'd share for those who haven't already seen it.
