Just purchased a regulator but there is no connection to hook it up to the CO2 tank. I know I need some type of lock nut and stem but not sure what to use... I will also need to cap off the other end, anyone know what to use for that, little piece of tube and a bolt?

Thanks in advance!

That looks to be secondary regulator manifold, you will need a primary regulator to get the tank pressure (approx. 600 lbs. ) to working pressure ( about 150 psi).

Bummer so I can't come right out of the CO2 tank into that huh.. I have another regulator but I didn't want to use it for my keezer...

Yes, you will need to reduce the cylinder pressure with a primary regulator. Keep your eyes on CL, I have picked up a few regulators rather inexpensively close to home.
