Hey gang…. I’m looking to do a BIAB batch, but I’d like it to be relatively simple. I’ve already done several types of IPA (NE, NW), Hefeweizen, Brown ale, kolsch style….
Give me some suggestions and of note… I don’t have a proper temperature control. I ferment in the cellar, which is quite steady and my mini fridge doesn’t really go warm enough on the warmest setting.
